Auscape is offering opportunity to submit images to a major AI company for consideration. The sole purpose is to train AI Machine Learning modules.
First we would like to confirm your details and execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement with you.

Auscape is bound by strict confidentiality obligations and we need to ensure that our disclosures to you will be protected to the same extent.
We are seeking images of wildlife, domestic animals, birds, aquatic life and insects.
Images must be JPEG and release forms must be JPEG.
Images with Latin animal names in the metadata are preferred.
You can nominate your current inventory in Auscape, and you are welcome to submit more images.
If you have stock with us aleady you only need to advise us of any images that should be exluded.
New contributors, you could provide a link so we can preview the portfolio you are considering, or you could upload to our website if you wish - we will work with your preference.
This opportunity is being made available to you without a guarantee that your images will be accepted by the AI company.
Ultimately the AI company will decide whether to proceed after considering the content offering in the context of the company's strategic and operational considerations.
Auscape is committed to prequalifying your images and, as always, we will make best representations on your behalf.
April 2024
Auscape and interested contributors execute NDAs.
Existing contributors can upload additional images to Auscape for inclusion.
The submission window closes at the end of April.
Early May 2024
Pre-qualification: Auscape will review the contributor images and identify candidate images.
Auscape will communicate the timing of next intake tranche.
Auscape will let you know if your images are being considered.
If your images are being considerd by the AI company we will discuss fees with you.
Fees are scaled to the volume being considered.
At that stage, If you are interested in proceeding, we will provide the separate licensing agreement for your review.
This is a broad outline in lay terms, only for the purpose of helping you can decide whether to ask for more information:
Term: Perpetual
Purpose: Only for training AI Machine Learning models
Reproduction: AI reproduction of any entire image is excluded.
Contributor Warranties: You need to ensure you have all rights to all content.
Non-synthetic: Only natural images may be submitted. Images with manual content retouching or AI retouching are not permitted. Normal color grading is acceptable.
Other rights: The images can only be used by the AI company for the stated purposes and cannot be used by the AI company for any other purpose without your additional written consent.
